Zugu's two-year manufacturer's limited warranty protects against defects in workmanship and materials for two years from the purchase date. Zugu will repair or replace its product if, due to defective parts or workmanship, it does not perform as specified. This limited warranty covers only repair or replacement of the product itself. It applies only to the original consumer purchaser. Zugu’s liability, if any, shall not exceed the total purchase price. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some limitations may not apply to you. Any representations or promises inconsistent with or in addition to this warranty are unauthorized and not binding on Zugu.
+ Normal wear and tear from case use
+ Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or abnormal use
+ Use of the case other than its intended purpose
+ Damage from improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
+ Cases modified or altered in any way
+ Any case not manufactured by Zugu (including non-Zugu products used with the case)
+ Cases not purchased from an authorized Zugu reseller
You do not need to register your case. A sales receipt or order number from our website or authorized reseller is required for warranty service.
This two-year limited warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end-user purchaser. A copy of the sales receipt from the original authorized Zugu purchase is required. Products purchased from unauthorized retailers (including online third-party sellers on auction sites) are not covered. Auction confirmations are NOT accepted for warranty verification.
To start a claim, contact customer service at info@zugucase.eu with “warranty claim” in the subject. Include:
+ Photo of the damaged case showing the issue
+ Copy of sales receipt or order number
+ Brief description of the issue
+ Shipping address and phone number for the replacement
Providing all information helps speed up claim review. Claims are typically evaluated within 3-5 business days. If the case must be returned, Zugu is not liable for damage or loss in transit.

The two-year warranty does not cover damage to devices or personal property. Zugu is not liable for damage to consumer electronics or personal property.
Many unauthorized sellers offer Zugu products on Amazon or other sites. Check the “sold and shipped by” info to confirm Zugu is the seller. Warranties only apply to products sold by authorized sellers. If unsure, contact info@zugucase.eu for help.
Zugu and authorized suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages from using the case, including property damage or loss of value, even if informed of possible damages. Zugu has no liability for damage to devices or loss of data in the cases. The total liability of Zugu is limited to the amount paid for the case.
